Shipping We ship Australia-wide and internationally, including to all European Union countries. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle unless otherwise specified.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- International (including EU): up to 3 weeks, or longer during peak periods
International Customers & Duties For international orders, tariffs and applicable tax codes are included where required. EU customers please note: depending on your country, VAT and/or customs duties may be collected upon delivery by your local carrier.
Rural & Country Delivery Some regional locations may fall outside standard shipping rates. Non-metro customers are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering.
Express Shipping Express shipping is available at checkout via Australia Post Express Shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Products If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will send a replacement at our cost or provide a full refund. Return postage will be reimbursed for faulty or damaged items.
Incorrect Address Please contact us as soon as possible if you've entered an incorrect address. If your order has already been collected by the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Returns We offer a 30-day return policy on all physical items. Items must be in their original condition with packaging and labels intact, unopened and unused. Proof of purchase is required.
