Welcome to Essence of Embroidery ♥

We (Jo & Ra) are a real life best friend duo with creative backgrounds turning our hobbies into a business!

We LOVE getting crafty together and we are always doing something creative. We've done all sorts of projects together; painting, crocheting, embroidery, claymaking, resin and more. It's always the best fun, a bonding experience, and we are always bouncing ideas off each other.

We wanted to put our strengths together and form our own store, where other people can enjoy our designs and facilitate a community of like-minded stitchers - beginner or otherwise! We love the process, and we are so excited to go on this journey together, with YOU!

♥ Joanne (or Jo for short) is a professional full time graphic designer with experience in vector graphics and digital mediums.

♥ Starra (or Ra for short) is a fully certified primary school teacher, majoring in art with an illustrative background.
